You may not ne aware but our very own Andy Spragg leads a Global Compassion Sangha. On the last Saturday of each month this event is organised by The Charter for Compassion (See details HERE) and Andy leads many of these. 90 minutes of shared talk and meditation with people from all over the world. This is a free event but you can also donate to the charter.

On the last Saturday of every month, the Charter for Compassion offers a 90-minute practice of people coming together to be in a Circle, a Sangha. Join us every last Saturday of the month at 9am Pacific Time (US & Canada).
In Sanskrit, the word Sangha, means inseparable. This is a space to establish your presence in peace, connect with others and refresh your own heart.
The format is a 90 minute guided practice to nourish your mind and spirit, circle sharing together and deep relaxation.
You are most welcome and no experience needed!
This is a monthly event, you will register once and we will send you a reminder a day before each session so you don’t miss it! These sessions are not recorded, we are building a community that can gather monthly. You are welcome to join at any time!
The event will take place on the last Saturday of each month at 9am Pacific Time (5pm UK Time) and last around 90 minutes, here are the dates schedulled for 2024:
January 27 – February 24 – March 30 – April 27 – May 25 – June 29 – July 27 – August 31 – September 28 – October 26 – November 30
