BDO engages Andy to deliver weekly online meditation sessions to our staff in Bristol and Reading. The sessions have been well received with our busy and often tired staff taking the opportunity to take time to relax, be calm and meditate with Andy guiding us through a meditation session as well as talking through the challenges we all face on a daily basis and how we can respond to these with the help and understanding of Buddhist beliefs.
