OUR SANGHA WEEK

Three classes. Seven days. Find what feels right for you.

A special October invitation for people who are new to The Sangha House.

Where do you start with The Sangha House?

Perhaps you’ve been meaning to move a little more?

Maybe you’d like to feel less stiff, improve your strength or balance, find a little more calm, meet likeminded new people — or simply make some regular time for yourself?

But where do you start?

Yoga? Pilates? Tai Chi? Meditation?

At The Sangha House, we don’t think you should have to decide before you’ve had the chance to experience it.

That’s why, throughout October, we’re inviting people who haven’t been to The Sangha House for classes before to enjoy their own Sangha Week.

How Your Sangha Week works

 Choose up to three classes to try over seven consecutive days.
 Each class is simply charged at our normal Pay As You Go price of £14.
 You might try something you already know you’ll enjoy, something you’ve always been curious about, or something completely new.
 There’s no need to be particularly fit, flexible or experienced.
 You don’t need to know all the moves.
 And you certainly don’t need to worry about being “the new person”.
 Just come as you are.

Our experienced teachers will welcome you, help you get started, and give you the chance to discover the classes that feel right for you.

And if you decide you’d like to stay…

If, after your Sangha Week, you decide to become an annual member, we’ll credit every penny you’ve spent on your eligible Sangha Week classes towards your membership.

So, for example:

Try three classes for £42. If you then choose our annual membership, the full £42 is credited towards your membership.

Our annual membership is £49.75 per month on a 12-month commitment, giving you the opportunity to make The Sangha House a regular part of looking after yourself.

The Sangha House … so much more than somewhere to take a class:
We are a friendly, independent wellbeing centre in the heart of Taunton.

People come to use for all sorts of reasons. For our wellbeing focussed classes, supportive therapies and treatments, onsite hairdressing, specialist foot care and beauty therapy or to join one of our community events … everything from a book club to bi-annual retreats.
Andy Spragg, one of the founders and directors of the Sangha House, is a Buddhist teacher and long-standing advocate for compassion and interfaith understanding. His work has included helping Taunton become a Compassionate Town through the global Charter for Compassion. At The Sangha House, this same commitment to kindness, inclusion, and community sits at the heart of everything we do.
So whether your goal is to have some pampering, join a community of like-minded people, put a little calm in your week, or you want to enhance your strength, mobility, and/or flexibility …. we’ve got you covered.

Get in touch to secure your place today and get ready to find what feels right for you.
We look forward to welcoming you in October and beyond.
