Winter Light Mentoring (one to one work with Andy based on Buddhist meditation with meditation journal to take away); This Christmas, give the gift of inner peace. Our Special Buddhist Mentoring Package offers a unique opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect. It begins with a one-hour personal mentoring session—either in person or via Zoom—tailored to support your mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual journey. Two weeks later, a half-hour follow-up helps deepen insights and sustain momentum. Included is a beautifully printed journal, perfect for capturing your reflections, progress, and personal observations. Whether you’re gifting it to a loved one or treating yourself, this offering is a gentle invitation to awaken compassion, clarity, and calm during the festive season.
