Emotional Therapeutic Counselling holds the belief that emotional well-being is key to a contented and fulfilling life. It aims to bring wholeness in mind, body and spirit.
She works with young people, adults, older adults, couples and families who are suffering emotional turmoil in their lives.
She is trained to work with Abuse, Addictions, Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Eating Disorders, Family Issues, Low Self Esteem, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Personal and Work Related Stress, Relationship Issues, Self-Harm and much more.
She holds a Diploma in Emotional Therapeutic Counselling and am a Member of the Foundation for Emotional Therapeutic Counselling. She is an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. (this means my training has been approved and assessed by the National Counselling Society) She adheres to regular supervision and continual professional development.
She came to Emotional Therapeutic Counselling through my own therapy journey, having benefited personally from its application.
