Nicola Walter has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 5 years. Nicola qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and holds the level 4 Diploma in teaching yoga, going on to further study Yoga Nidra which is a deeply restorative and relaxing technique. Her approach is light-hearted, friendly and relaxed believing that yoga should be enjoyed by everyone wishing to practise, and not confined to the naturally bendy. Nicola has a full appreciation of this beautiful ancient practice which helps us to gain a greater understanding of ourselves and our relationship with nature; and of its relevance today being as great, if not greater, than it was many centuries ago. She looks to incorporate the many aspects of yoga into her teaching so that the student can look to grow on a more holistic and subtle level for overall general health and wellbeing.
