Julie discovered the positive benefits of mindfulness on her personal and professional life after attending a course in 2011. Having worked in Adult Social Care as a qualified Social Worker she saw the potential that mindfulness skills could have for others. Having qualified in Teaching Mindfulness & Compassion at foundation degree level Julie now brings mindfulness to her local community teaching small groups and individuals mindfulness skills, enabling others to start their own meditation practice. She offers practical examples that enhance awareness and knowledge of mindfulness. Julie is a strong advocate of the positive changes mindfulness can bring, introducing the fundamental skills and attitudes which allow her clients to build mindfulness into their daily routines.
