Janny Langlands – Yoga teacher
Jenny started her yoga practice in Perth Australia over 12 years ago and was immediately hooked. On her return to the UK she was inspired to share her passion and deepened her knowledge and understanding of yoga by completing her British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training with Wendy Teasdill in Glastonbury back in 2008. She has taught in various venues in Somerset since then.
She practices a vinyasa flow style of yoga incorporating breath and body work which helps release physical, mental and emotional tension essential to well being. She is keen to inspire others to experience the transformational benefits of yoga on both body and mind.
