Hannah teaches Chi Running, which uses principles drawn from t’ai chi to help you move more mindfully, with less effort and a reduced risk of getting injured. A keen road runner and marathoner for 25 years, Hannah came to Chi Running after struggling with chronic injuries for more than a decade. She trained as a certified instructor after seeing how it transformed her own experience and enjoyment of running. Hannah is also qualified as a personal trainer, specialising in low back pain, and a Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise Instructor.
