Fiona is a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has been practicing for over a decade and teaching for 4 years. She teaches all sorts of people with all sorts of injuries and conditions and love seeing peoples’ day to day lives improve through her exercise programmes. When not in the studio she is usually mountain biking, trail running or ski touring. Her classes are fun, relaxed and social. Her customers get fit, and enjoy themselves at the same time.
