Here at The Sangha House, we take your privacy seriously, and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us.   However, from time to time, we would like to contact you with details of other classes, events, products, offers and competitions we provide, as part of your contract with us.  We will never pass on your details to other companies, and we store your data securely both on-site and electronically. 

You can withdraw your consent to this at any time, without any penalties.  Just email us to say that you no longer consent to us holding information about you, and we will ensure that it is removed from our system and disposed of securely.

If you wish to see what personal information we hold about you, please send us an email requesting this.  We aim to respond no later than one calendar month after we receive your request, but if this is particularly complex, we will let you know how long it will take.  There will be no charge for this service.  If you believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate, please inform us, and we will work with you to resolve it. During this period, we will not use the information in any way.
