Chi Running borrows from the philosophy and movement principles of t’ai chi, to help runners of all ages and experience to move more mindfully, efficiently and effectively, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.

Developed by ultra runner Danny Dreyer together with T’ai Chi Master George Xu, Chi Running teaches you how to run with an aligned and relaxed posture, and cooperate with the forces that act on your body, while moving from your centre.
