Denise and Andy Spragg, The Owners of Sangha House

Denise and Andy have been running our successful retreats business for 11 years. For a while we have been searching for the right location to establish our centre. At the centre and core of what we do is Mindfulness. The practice of Mindfulness involves being aware moment-to-moment, of everything that is going on. Both in terms of our immediate connection to the environment around us, through our five senses and our direct subjective conscious experience. When practising mindfulness, we become aware of our “stream of consciousness”. There are many ways to practise. From formal sitting, to movement practises and on into embedding mindfulness into our daily lives. Our centre seeks to bring these types of practise in under one roof. To enable people to have easy access to these studies and to  enable practitioners and teachers to come together and offer a holistic approach to physical and mental health and well being. This is the Sangha House
